If the software reports an insufficient vacuum in the working chamber, please check the following things:


  1. Dust bag could be full and needs to be replaced
  2. Sensor calibration could wrong. Open the working chamber door for 2 minutes, very important here, the suction needs to be off. The sensor calibrates itself every time the door is open, a running suction could give a false calibration value.
  3. Vacuum sensor filter could be clogged. Remove the filter, and blow compressed air through it into the opposite direction of the vacuum airflow. Install filter again after that.


In most of the cases this error appears due a wrong calibration of the vacuum sensor. If you use a centralized suction system, always remove the suction hose before you open the working chamber door.
