Normally, if you purchase a new milling machine, service and support for that machine will be provided through the dealer or OEM partner in which the machine was purchased.
If you purchase a machine that was previously owned, here are a few things to consider:
-If you are buying a milling machine via a 3rd party reseller (i.e. ebay or another online service), please be sure to have the previous owner include the original dongle and/or software if available
-It may also be advisable to ask the previous owner through which reseller the milling machine was purchased ("I bought it from Company 123...")
-It may be best to contact "Company 123" to see if they can continue service and support for this milling machine
